Our Sustainability Commitments
Let's face it, the most sustainable garment is the one that's never produced. Nevertheless, we're committed to finding the best solutions to make our products as environmentally friendly as possible. Here are some of our initiatives.
Our Sustainability Commitments
Let's face it, the most sustainable garment is the one that's never produced. Nevertheless, we're committed to finding the best solutions to make our products as environmentally friendly as possible. Here are some of our initiatives:
100% Recycled Polyester
All our 2- and 3-layer garments are crafted from 100% recycled polyester. We continually strive to increase the proportion of recycled or sustainable materials in our products with each passing season. We’ve also transitioned all linings, paddings, and snow gaiters to 100% recycled polyester, with plans to incorporate more eco-friendly components like buttons and zippers in the future.
PFC-Free DWR Coating
In our pursuit of environmentally responsible manufacturing, we utilize PFC-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coatings on our fabrics. This treatment ensures water resistance without the use of harmful chemicals. While this practice wasn't always the norm, it's now considered essential for any brand serious about producing technical outerwear sustainably.
Durability
Our focus extends beyond sustainability; we prioritize durability and longevity in our clothing. Unlike fast fashion, our products are built to last, offering high quality and functionality. With robust construction and timeless designs, our garments are meant to withstand the rigors of outdoor adventures while remaining stylish season after season.
100% BCI Cotton
Furthermore, our commitment to sustainability extends to our cotton products. We exclusively use 100% BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) cotton in our t-shirts. The Better Cotton Initiative promotes sustainable cotton production practices, ensuring environmental responsibility and social equity throughout the supply chain.
