The information you provide can also be supplemented via search services (for example we collect your contact information from public and private registers or from third parties). We do this to be able to provide you with the services we offer, for identification and registration purposes and to provide good service. Information linked to your user account in our web shop (My Pages), for example e-mail address, order details, privacy settings, etc. The information is used to maintain a good customer relationship and give you a better shopping experience and good service. The information is also used to contact you if necessary. Information in connection with you subscribing to our newsletter, for example email address. Information in connection with the use of our services, for example which device you use when you visit our websites, information collected via cookies about which pages you visit, what communication you have received and acted on, what product notifications you have received and what customized content you have used, customer surveys you have answered, etc. Information linked to purchases and reservations, for example which products you have bought, which store you have shopped in, any reservations you have made in our stores, which delivery method and which payment method you have chosen, etc. Data derived from other data, which have either been generated or given, for example marketing segments and other information about our users' shopping habits that help us understand these better. We use your personal data in connection with the creation and administration of user accounts and subscription for our newsletter. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent you have given us. After campaigns we sometimes wish to analyze the sales towards our marketing activities in order to create more relevant offers in the future. We do this by synchronizing anonymized purchase data with marketing activities with third party.

Your personal data is stored mainly within the EU / EEA area, but some of our suppliers have technical support services located outside the EU / EEA. When using these support services, any processing of your personal data is regulated by the use of EU / EEA standard contractual clauses for transfer to third countries or other approved transfer mechanism, with any necessary additional safeguards.

We are constantly working to ensure that both we and our suppliers comply with applicable data protection legislation, including transfers to third countries.

We have the right to make changes to this policy. When the changes are not purely editorial or linguistic but of a material nature, those who have a user account in our web shop will be informed about the change and what it means before it enters into force.

How long is the delivery time?

We are shipping from Sweden and the normal delivery time is:

– Scandinavia: 1-3 days
– Europe: 2-5 days
– United States and Canada: 3-6 days
– Australia and New Zealand: 6-9 days
– Japan: 4-6 days
– Rest of the World: 6-9 days

Will I be charged with any duties when buying from Beyond Medals?

Beyond Medals warehouse is located in Sweden and for some countries you may be charged with import duties and tax from UPS when receiving your order.

For the following regions / countries, you will NOT be charged with any import duties when buying from us:

United States

For all other countries you will most likely receive an invoice from UPS with import taxes, duties and documentation. If you are looking for information on what is applicable for your country, please contact and we will try to help you. 

What’s the return policy?

If you’re not happy with the items you have received, you can return them within 30 days if the items are in their original condition and labels still attached. You need to use the included pre-printed return label by placing it on the package, and then returning it at your nearest service point. If you are missing a return label, please contact

If you are returning an order from outside of the European Union, you may need to submit documentation in addition to the return label we attached to your order. Please contact to retrieve documentation. 

How can you help me find the right size?

Sizing is always tricky and people like to wear our clothes in different ways. Our best recommendation is to closely look at the size guide at the product page explaining how tall the model is and what size he or she is wearing. The size guide also shows you measurements of the actual garment in centimeters and inches, and you can cross-check those measurements with a product you know fits you well.  

The product does not fit, can I change it?

In case you want a different size or product you need to place a new order and return your original order. Please contact for consultation on sizes. We can also arrange a discount on freight charges when swapping sizes.  

When can I expect my money back?

If you return your order it may take up to 10 workdays to process a return back to our warehouse. The return amount will be refunded to the account which you used for paying your original order. 

Please note that a return fee will be deducted from your refund.
