This giveaway promotion is a collaboration between Beyond Medals and Nitro Snowboards. This can be a giveaway promotion on our websites, social media channels or in our newsletters. Our giveaway promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation takes place when you have sent an email with the requested details, completed an entry form or performed the requested action, depending on the type of giveaway campaign. From that moment on, you have a chance to win.

2. Participants are aware of the fact that when they participate and they agree on that they can be contacted for marketing purposes through email, they will be added to the email list of both Beyond Medals and Nitro Snowboards.

3. Each participant can participate with a maximum of one.

4. Participants are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when participating.

5. The duration of the giveaway promotion is: from February 27th, 2024 to March 3rd, 2024. During this period, participants who follow the promotion rules and regulations will stand a chance to win the grand prize of Ludde's setup which consists out of a nitro snowboard, snowboard bindings and Beyond Medals pants and jacket. The winner will be announced after the end of the giveaway promotion.

6. To participate, a participant must have a minimum age of 18 years. All other participants are excluded from participation. 

7. The drawing of the winner will be done randomly and in an impartial manner.

8. Winners will be personally notified within 2 business days after the close of the giveaway promotion via email.

9. No correspondence will be entered into about the results.

10. Beyond Medals and Nitro Snowboards  may, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, change or modify these giveaway promotion conditions during the promotion period, or change or modify the giveaway promotion without giving any reason.

11. Winners will also be announced on the channel (website/newsletter/email/social media). 

12. Prizes are not exchangeable for money or other goods.

13. The personal data obtained in the context of the giveaway promotion will be used by Beyond Medals and Nitro Snowboards for the giveaway promotion and will not be provided to third parties and will be destroyed afterwards. In case you opted-in for it by giving permission, Beyond Medals and Nitro Snowboards are allowed to contact you for marketing purposes.
