Returns & Claims

If you regret your purchase or are not happy with the items you have received, you are welcome to return the items back to us within 30 days.

The items you have received must however be in their original condition and labels still attached.

How do I return the item(s)?

You can return your items digitally through beyondmedals.com/returns. Please enter your order number and email address in the form to open your order and find your items eligible for return.

Select the item(s) you wish to return, enter your reason for return and complete the return registration process.

The completion of your return will generate a unique return shipping label that you must use to return your items back to us.

The label will appear in the return form and you will also receive it to your email address.

Please include the correct and complete item in the box, and package it securely.

If the item is not included in the package sent back to us or the item is damaged, soiled, washed, worn (outside of trying the item on) or has missing parts, we have a right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item.

How do I attach my return shipping label?

QR CODE - For certain countries and carriers, your generated return label will only contain a QR code. This QR code should be shown and scanned at the dropoff location. The dropoff location will then print your return shipping label and place it on your package.

RETURN SHIPPING LABEL - For other countries and carriers, your generated return label will contain the full return shipping details in PDF form. This label must be printed and placed upon your package before handing it over to the carrier or dropoff location.

What does it cost to return my items?

We will charge you a return fee for your returned order, and it will be deducted from your refund.

When do I get my money back?

As soon as our warehouse has received and processed your return, the refund will be processed as well. You will receive an email when the return has been processed.

The amount will be refunded through the same payment method you used at the time of your purchase. Please note that it might take 1-5 business days before you can see the refund on your card or in your account.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

We do unfortunately not offer any automatic exchanges at this moment. In case you want a different size or color, you need to place a new order and return your original order.

Please feel free to reach out to us for consultation on sizes. We can also arrange a discount on freight charges when swapping sizes.

Can you help me find the right size?

Sizing is always tricky and people appreciate wearing our clothes in different ways.

Our best recommendation is to use the size guide available on each product page which includes the height and size of the model wearing our clothes in the images.

The size guide also includes the measurements of the actual garment in centimeters and inches, and you can cross-check those measurements with a product you know fits you well.

How can I return a damaged item?

If the item you received is broken or damaged, you can still report it digitally to us via beyondmedals.com/returns. Please enter your order number and email address in the form as you would return an order.

Select the product that is broken or damaged from the list and select “Make a claim” instead of a return reason. Follow the instructions for reporting the claim to us.

When your claim request is completed, our customer service will handle your case as soon as possible and process it. Our customer service will also generate the return label during that process.

Please note that the claim request will need some additional time to be processed.
