1. General

These are the terms and conditions of Beyond Medals Clothing AB, hereby “we” or “Beyond Medals”.

Please read them carefully and consider them before making a purchase, as they establish what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

These terms and conditions, hereby “terms” or “agreement”, may be amended. It is therefore important to read these in every instance before placing your order.

The version of the terms that you approve at the time of your purchase will always apply for that particular purchase.

These terms apply when you place an order with us via the website https://www.beyondmedals.com, hereby “online shop”, and by placing your order you agree to be bound by this agreement.

To place an order in our online shop you must have the right to enter into agreements, meaning that you need to be at least 18 years old or age 16 with the consent of your guardian(s).

It is your responsibility to ascertain that any information you submit to us - name, email address and postal address - is correct.

A purchase is considered confirmed and completed when you have received your shipping confirmation.

2. Prices and Discounts

The prices displayed in the online shop include the statutory value added tax, but do not include delivery costs, import duties, import fees or exchange rate fees.

The delivery cost is dynamic based on your order, your location and the exact shipping option you select for your order. The delivery cost for your specific postal code can be viewed in the checkout.

We may sometimes offer promotions, discount codes or other promotional offers. These are temporary offers and cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers.

The applicable conditions for the various promotions are communicated when you gain access to the code. In the event of unauthorised use of discount codes, we reserve the right to cancel your purchase.

3. Order Placement

When you place your order by clicking the “Pay” button in checkout, you are making a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. You also thereby agree to these terms and conditions.

When the order has been received by us, you will receive an order confirmation stating your ordered items, your delivery address and personal details.

The purchase is not considered confirmed until you have received your shipping confirmation. If we approve your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including all relevant information about your order, the ordered items and its delivery.

We reserve the right to not approve your order, and to update the list of items added to your order. The update will occur if we for legal or commercial reasons find that we cannot fulfill your order. This can for example mean that the item you ordered is out of stock, defect or that we suspect commercial reselling.

An unapproved order will be refunded in full through the same method of payment that was used for the initial purchase. An edited order will be refunded in parts for the product(s) that might have been removed through the same method of payment that was used for the initial purchase.

4. Delivery

The delivery time estimates are dynamic based on your location and the exact shipping you select for your order. The delivery time estimate for your specific postal code can be viewed in the checkout.

When your order has been approved and processed by us, you will receive a shipping confirmation stating your shipped items, tracking number and delivery details.

Please note that the delivery time information is an estimate. We do our very best to deliver within the communicated timeframe, but delivery may sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen events.

If you have not received your order within the communicated timeframe, please contact our customer service at info@beyondmedals.com and we will try our best to help you.

5. Payment

We offer payments via various payment methods and the options available to you are dynamic based on your location. Depending on the payment method you select, additional costs and terms may apply.

All payments made in our online shop are processed through Adyen, which is a reliable electronic payments partner for various cards, digital wallets and payment methods.

All payment pages are secured with SSL, and all card details are encrypted.  This means that no one can read your credit card number, name or address when the information is sent over the internet.

Card

We offer card payments via VISA, Mastercard or AMEX. We also support card payments via Apple Pay. The amount will be reserved to your account at the time of order placement, but is not captured from your account until the order has been packed and shipped.

Klarna

We offer the following options via Klarna:

PAY NOW - Though Klarna Pay Now customers can pay using VISA, Mastercard or AMEX cards. Customers in SE, DE, AT and NL can also select direct banking payment. The amount will be reserved to your account at the time of order placement, but is not captured from your account until the order has been packed and shipped.

PAY LATER - Through Klarna Pay Later customers can choose to purchase now and pay later. This option will be shown at checkout depending on your eligibility. You will receive information on how and when to pay when your order has been packed and shipped.

PAY OVER TIME - Through Klarna Pay Over Time customers can choose to open an account with Klarna and receive monthly statements based on the option selected. This option will be shown at checkout depending on your eligibility.

Please note that Beyond Medals cannot provide details of why you are or are not eligible to pay using Klarna’s Pay Later or Pay Over Time options. Please contact Klarna’s customer service.

PayPal

We offer payments via PayPal. We reserve the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase and validate address details. The amount will immediately be reserved from your PayPal account but will not be captured until the order has been packed and shipped.

6. Returns

If you regret your purchase or are not happy with the items you have received, you are welcome to return the items back to us within 30 days.

The items you have received must however be in their original condition and labels still attached.

You can return your items digitally through beyondmedals.com/returns. Please enter your order number and email address in the form to open your order and find your items eligible for return.

As soon as our warehouse has received and processed your return, the refund will be processed as well. You will receive an email when the return has been processed.

The amount will be refunded through the same payment method you used at the time of your purchase. Please note that it might take 1-5 business days before you can see the refund on your card or in your account.

We will charge you a return fee for your returned order, and it will be deducted from your refund.

If the item is not included in the package sent back to us or the item is damaged, soiled, washed, worn (outside of trying the item on) or has missing parts, we have a right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item.

7. Defects

If the item you received is broken or damaged upon receival, you can report it digitally to us via beyondmedals.com/returns. Please enter your order number and email address in the form as you would return an order, and please select “Claim” as your return reason.

If the item you received was damaged from transport, you can report it digitally to us via beyondmedals.com/returns. Please follow the above steps but select “Transport damage” as your return reason.

8. Rights to Repair or Replacement

The right to repair or replacement is in effect for three (3) years. The right to repair or replacement does not apply to ordinary wear and tear.

If a fault or deficiency is detected, you as the customer must notify us within a reasonable period of time after discovering that you intend to invoke the right to repair or replacement.

The complaint period should not extend two (2) months from the time when you discovered the fault or deficiency.

In the event that the item(s) components are intended to last significantly longer when subjected to ordinary use, the complaint period is five (5) years. If you as a customer fail to file a complaint in time, you forfeit the right to invoke the right.

If you want to file a complaint concerning a product, please report it digitally to us through beyondmedals.com/returns.

This way, you might be released from returning a product that we might discard anyway. This will both be better for the environment and speed up the payment of any refund we owe you due to your complaint.

We reserve the right to reject an invalid complaint if it has been determined that the product is not defective under current legislation.

9. Colors

We cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen depict the garment colours with complete accuracy. The colours are depicted according to user settings.

10. Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the purchase at any time within fourteen (14) days without citing any reason for doing so. The cancellation period begins from the date on which you receive your order.

Please report your return digitally through beyondmedals.com/returns. Enter your order number and email address in the form to open your order and find your items eligible for return.

You get a full refund if you return your entire purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you place the order.

If you change your mind after the package has been dispatched by us, you must pick up the package from the delivery point and return the item to us.

11. Force Majeure

If Beyond Medals experiences a force majeure situation, i.e. if we or our business partners are subject to war, warlike incidents, revolution, insurrection, the exercise of authority, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, fire, disruption of transportation, delivery ban or similar incidents, Beyond Medals has the right to cease to honour its obligations vis-à–vis its customers for up to two (2) months. After this period, both parties have the right to repudiate the contract without being liable in damages.

12. Privacy Policy

When you register your order, you approve that we save and use your personal data to complete and deliver your order and to provide you with the service and shopping experience you expect.
